To join our team, you’ll need a few key things: a valid police check, a Working With Children Check, and the right certifications depending on your role. For support workers, this might include a Certificate III or IV in Disability or Community Services. If you’re still working on your qualifications, that’s okay, if you’ve got the right attitude, we’re happy to chat.
